Free from blame. Free from fear. Rich in learning. Learn how to give feedback that prioritises learning and is blame-free.

Learn a nonviolent approach to giving and receiving feedback that moves us from right/wrong thinking to engaging people in their full humanity in support of connection and learning.

During this four-session series, learn how to hold space for human needs, how to surface the “why” of behaviour or missed performance expectations, and when and how to surface connection for belonging and purpose.

We will work with your own examples, helping you prepare to give feedback or understanding previous feedback sessions that didn’t get the results you were hoping for.

Facilitators: Leonie Smith, Vickie Chang

In association with East Point Peace Academy.

This event is offered on a gift economy basis. No fee is requested, but donations to East Point Peace Academy in support of the facilitators are invited.
